Ingredients:
2/3 cups brown sugar
2/3 cups of white sugar
1/2 cup of water
2/3 cups of coconut oil, soft
2 tsp of imitation butter abstract
2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips
1 dozen oreos
Directions:
Preheat your oven at 350 degree. In a large bowl mix together, coconut oil, brown sugar, white sugar and water. After the mixture comes together, pour in the imitation butter and mix. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Pour the flour mixture into the coconut mixture and mix until fully incorporated. Pour in your chocolate chips of choice and mix one last time. Lay out Oreos onto a baking sheet about two inches apart from each other. Scoop or spoon 3 tablespoon balls of cookie dough into your hand and shape into a rough ball. Press the balls on top of the Oreos and allow them to chill in the fridge until they harden. Once the dough is hard, place in an oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Remove cookies from the oven when the edges are slightly golden brown and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
