Double Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:

1 cup granulated sugar 1 1/4 cup brown sugar lightly packed 3 eggs room temperature 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup dark chocolate chips

1 cup milk chocolate chips 1 cup melted butter unsalted 1 tbsp coffee 1 tbsp vanilla extract


Directions:

Mix together sugar, butter, and vanilla in a medium size bowl. After it comes together, gently mix in eggs. Lastly, add in coffee. In a separate bowl whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, and coco powder. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet, without over mixing them. Sprinkle in your chocolate chips, and mix one last time. Pour the batter in your desire baking dish. Place in the over at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
